Quality Control – a commitment to continual improvement
Customers worldwide recognize the need for sound Quality Assurance in selection of product manufacturing. This requires a high level of quality for which each article is uniform in terms of material selection, durability, fitting, comfort and design for every lot of production.
To meet these needs data on daily reworks and rejections of goods is maintained which goes through various quality control (QC) procedures to achieve consistency and improvement in quality. The data is then analyzed using QC tools and techniques to study process variations, identify outliers and obvious errors. Relevant information is then stored, analyzed and disseminated through different levels of management in the organizations in order to target and control process variations.stom
Quality management systems (QMS) are implemented to support quality throughout the organization which targets various customer needs & requirements. This has become viable with the efforts of our QC department, continuously monitoring different activities and embedding a culture of continuous improvement within the rest of the organization. This as a result has allowed us to attain a very high standard of quality. This is further reflected in our Company’s Quality policy.
